Oil & Mineral Ltd require for Kuwait Oil refinery the following from China manufacturer or other competitor

1. Carbon Steel piping material shall be HICNACE resistant and this is issued primarily to clarify minimum requirements for sour service piping
2. All carbon steel piping, up to and including 20inch dia. Shall be seamless pipe and the steel material used for all seamless piping & fittings (elbows. Tees & reducers etc. ) shall meet additional HIC/NACE requirements of chemical composition by product analysis, as follows

Carbon Equivalent (CE) 0.43% max.
Manganese (Mn) 1.35% max.
Sulphur (S) 0.005% max.
Calcium (Ca) 0.0065% max.
