INVITATION TO BID

The Afghan New Beginnings Programme is seeking to expand its stock of spare parts for its current fleet of vehicles.

We hereby solicit your bid for the supply of following goods.

a. Attachment One: Nissan Urvan Micro Van click here
b. Attachment Two: Nissan Patrol click here
c. Attachment Three: Nissan Pick up made in South Africa click here
d. Attachment Four: Nissan Pick up made in Japan click here

All goods to be delivered DDU Kabul, Afghanistan
All equipment to be in-country 4 weeks after receipt of contract. If this time schedule can not be met, the potential contractor should state their delivery schedule including possible partial shipments.

Bidding will be conducted through open international competitive bidding. The Bidding Documents include:

1. Interested Bidders may obtain a complete set of bidding documents in English from the following:

Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 1100 hrs on Wednesday January 26th, 2005. Late bids shall be rejected. Please note that due to the difficulty in mailing bids in Afghanistan, you are also authorized to send your submissions to the following email address: bids.af@undp.org or by fax to the above fax number. They should be sent with a cover fax clearly marked “CONFIDENTIAL – ITB FOR NISSAN SPARE PARTS – ANBP”. PLEASE SEAL FOR BID OPENING: Wednesday January 26th, 2005

2. Please note, the bid prices shall be quoted in USD only.
