2. General information:
2.1 design:
Stick-pinched (thus all around sewn to the shank); glued on, vulcanized or moulded on run sole with heel.
2.2 toeboard:
Foot-fair, toeboard width mondopoint 11 at size 42
2.3 bootleg

2.4 characteristics:
Half shoes from black shagreen, with red seams, black/red/white cords,3 eyes per side,
Front part and back part of bootleg, padded conclusion of edge of bootleg, folio lining and latch from leather, behind cap bonded and with leather covered, Central foot pad, toe protective cap. Two colour-run-resole with heel, insole, washable cover insole with ball heel and with mediale and lateral joint support, depress-safe steel interior sole.
3. Technical demands:
3.1 front and back part bootleg, latch:
Black shagreen, can be additionally provided with shagree coinage. Chrome oxide content at least 1.5%, at least 2,0 mm strong, pinching impact at least 15 mm.
The latch must reach at least up to the edge of the bootleg and at least to 3 cm underneath the edge of bootleg connected with the shank and fed its.
3.2 heel fodder, conclusion of edge of bootleg:
Black or grey cattle-border-leather, at least 1 mm thickly. Conclusion of edge of bootleg with pad insert from foam material, at least 10 mm thickly, rg 75 g/m2. The conclusion of edge of bootleg is to be sewn on with fall seam at the edge of bootleg, stick together with the pad insert and to tap at the lower edge of the pad insert.
The conclusion of edge of bootleg must hand at least 20 mm downward from the upper edge of bootleg.
3.3 sheet fodder:
Core gap leather, at least 1 mm thickly; cut in the size of the bootleg front part. It is held by the tie-in welds bootleg front/back part. Pinching impact at least 15 mm.
3.4 run sole with heel:
Two-layer sole, grey impact-absorbing comfort intermediate sole, and from a black, extremely strainable, skid-proof, oil-, gasoline and acid-resistant run sole from PU
Profile height at least 3.0 mm.
3.5 cords:
Black/red/white examined, at least 600 mm long.
3.6 sewing means:
There must be used red mark-pe-sewing-threads in the following refinement:
3.6.1 20 tex x 3, PE, for tie-in welds of:
- latch and bootleg back part
- conclusion of edge of bootleg and bootleg back part
3.6.2 66 tex x 3, PE, for tie-in welds of:
- bootleg front and bootleg back part
- latch as well as sheet fodder and bootleg front part
- back cap and bootleg back part
