Specification for automatic pet/glass bottle filling and sealing machine.
1. Machine shall be suitable for filling milk containing 24 % solids in pet/glass bottle.
2. Machine shall have speed of filling/capping 90 to100 bottles per minute.
3. All contact parts shall be made out of ss 304.
4. Machine shall have online crown/screw capping(sorting and fixing) attachment.
5. Machine shall be provided with transparent guards with access doors and shall contain supporting stainless steel frame.
6. Machine shall be provided with cip arrangement.
7. Machine shall be provided with a construction which will ensure packing in sterile condition
8. Suitable conveyor shall be provided, which shall be sufficient for feeding, filling, capping, labeling and cartooning operation.
9. Conveyor shall be suitable for speed variations.
10. Bottle-feeding to the filling shall be automatic.
11. Machine shall be in monoblock construction i. E. Filling and capping operations shall synchronize with each other.
12. In case of glass bottie we shall be able to use crown capping facility which is in scope of supply.
13. Carbonation attachment shall be provided with the machine.
14. The pet bottles will be filled- followed by carbonation
A. Followed by cork fitting followed by - labeling unit.
