Our Company ?Display Solutions Central Asia LLC - has a great number of successfully implemented projects with tobacco companies such as British American Tobacco and Pillip Morris Kazakhstan for which we produced, delivered, and installed cigarette dispensers through out the stores. These displays are mainly made of a metal, aluminum, and plastic shelves, equipped with plastic accessories produced by HL DISPLAY AB (Sweden). Pls, see attached "work" file for reference.

Now we are looking for a business partner - production company, to develop and produce plastic cigarette cabinet dispenser (instead of metal), which will be further equipped with HL pusher system. The dispenser construction should be durable, lightweight and mobile, at the same time, easy to assemble and transport.

The partner company tasks will include :

(1) dispenser design development, in accordance with our specifications ;
(2) production of sample unit ;
(3) production of the series of the plastic cabinet dispenser.

Our tasks will be :

(1) to provide full set of information to you, necessary to accomplish your work ;
(2) permanent customer contact ;
(3) delivery and installation service on site in Kazakhstan .

The main dispenser抯 constituents :

? Illuminated light box with neon illumination, and possibility to image poster within a snap frame ;
? pull-out shelves, for 9 to 10 rows of cigarettes ;
? Locked cabinet for stock of cigarettes .

Dispenser specifications :

? Floor dispenser of 1 000 packs capacity ( 10 shelves x 10 facings x 10 packs in depth ) ;
? Total dispenser height ?no more than 2300 mm ;
? Shelf width ?633 mm ;
? Shelf depth ?310 / 320 mm ;
? Distance between shelves ?160 mm ;
? Dispenser colour ?silver alu or blue ;
