- Can you provide a "Form A" (if shipping by FedEx or Air)
- Please note that our client might order up to 3 times, please confirm that you can hold your price for all reorders that will be placed no matter what quantity it might be?
- Please advise what format you require artwork to be submitted (i.e.; Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, etc.)
