I抦 Jalal manuchehrian and work as a project manager at Iran Khodro Machine Tool company (IKMT).
This company is a sister company of TAM and TAM is a sister company of Iran Khodro company (IKCO), that is the biggest auto manufacturer in IRAN.
We design & produce equipment for production line of auto industry. We have ISO(9001) quality system certificate from RWTUV and about 250 people are working at two shift in this company. All our productions have project base organization and we use PMBOK project standard for project management and near 40 project (small and large) run at the same time.
BEHENGAM is the name of a new project. This project is making production line of 4 size of chassis for Nissan pick-up car with 150 unit per shift quantity.
We are looking for a good partner for this project at least for one of the following items:
1.Get a proposal for make production line of chasses (turn key) with 300 units per 2 work shifts (6.45hr. in each shift). The pick-up chasses has about 5x1.6 m size and 200 kgs weight and the parts joint with near 200 rivets (rivets size are from 10X24mm to 10X32mm) and MIG welding process.
2.Get design with or without detail drawings and we make hear in IKMT.
3.Get consulting and visit some mass production line of similar chasses.
