By the normal annealing treatment of TC6 titanium alloy semi-finished products can satisfy the use of aircraft structure temperature (below 300 ℃).
普通退火状态TC6钛合金在300℃/5000h以下具有良好的组织和性能稳定性，不同温度瞬时拉伸、蠕变、持久等高温性能与双重退火和等温退火状态相当。经普通退火处理的TC6钛合金半成品可以满足飞机结构件的使用温度(300℃以下)要求。 　　
TC6钛合金化学成分：铁(Fe)0.2～0.7,钼(Mo)2.0～3.0,铬(Cr)0.8～2.3,铝(Al)5.5～7.0,硅(Si)0.15～0.40,碳(C)≤0.10,氮(N)≤0.05,氢(H)≤0.015【TC6】含钛(Ti) 余量,
