ACC Changchun Electric Power Tool Co., Ltd .(short term : ACC)is the first hightech joint venture enterprise which makes use of German technology and management to manufacture professional power tools in China . ACC was established in March ,1995 with joint venture duration-50 years . Before year of May of 1999, Atlas Copco Group in Sweden was a majority of shares of ACC. In Oct.,2005, Chuanrun Group in Sichuan Province ranking top 20 among enterprises of machinery industries in Sichuan Province took over the state-owned shares in ACC. At present ACC has 186 sets of various kinds of high precise equipment and facilities among which 43 sets of key equipment were import from Swiss , Germany and Japan etc. ACC has 202 employees , in which 48 heads have received university education , rating 24% of the total employees .
ACC manufactures and markets high-quality professional tools mainly used in the industrial fields of construction , decoration , manufacturing equipment and facilities in both domestic and world market .Before the year of 2000, ACC mainly produced the power tools with world well-known brand of AEG of Germany . Afterwards ACC manufactures more than 35 models of power tools . The design and Manufacturing of ACC products are fully conformed with the international standards of IEC60745. All the products have CCC and CE Certificates . In 1998, ACC obtained the Quality System Certification of ISO9002 issued by TUV . Now ACC has obtained the Quality Management System Certification of ISO9001:2000 and IQ Net Certification by World Certification Alliance of Quality Management System as well .
