Excel Factory locates in Pingnan county, Guangxi province, China. It is about 520kms from Yantian port, Shenzhen, and only 10kms away from Light Rail Station. Pingnan county owns about 1.5 million people and about 25% of the population engage themselves in garment industry.
Excel Factory was built in 2014. Currently it has five floors with each 2,600 m2, covering totally 13,000 m2. It’s comprised with two sewing workshops, one embroidery workshop, one printing workshop, one packing room, one sample room, one fabric warehouse, one trim warehouse, etc. Now it has about 433 workers with the annual capacity of 9,600,000—10,000,000 pcs.
Excel Factory has main customers in USA (Carter’s, OshKosh B’gosh, Fishfeathers, Bel&Bo, Mudpie, Little Me), Europea (Born to be happy, Dirkje, detmir) and Asia (Tong Tai, Sunroo, Cababby, LuBanprince), etc. It mainly manufactures knitted and woven garments: playwear, dresses, overalls, bodysuits, bibs, blankets, SNP, etc. It can do knits and woven and the woven fabric weight could be up to 5OZ. In addition, it can do common garment wash.
