The Registered Office was created to allow Stargate Industry Inc. full access to the expanding manufacturing base in the South China region and to provide unfettered access to the Chinese commodity export markets.

Stargate Industries Inc. is a Canadian company, registered in British Columbia, Canada with headquarters in the Vancouver region. The company previously owned several active businesses, including breweries. Currently the company assets are concentrating its efforts on the Chinese Export Industry, Canadian oil and gas exploration and International investments.

Stargate Industries Inc. corporate legal firm is Formby & Dantzer Law Firm, in Surrey, British Columbia. The company corporate banks are Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Canada and Citibank USA, Guangzhou branch.

Maple Trade offices operates under the guidance and directives of Stargate Industries Inc. to ensure full compliances with International laws and business practices as well as providing foreign buyer companies with direct access to remedial actions available under the laws of Canada.
