公司工厂已有二十多年的巾被生产历史。现有职工260人，其中高中级技术人员55人。拥有先织后染、先染后织、印花、绣花生产流水线6条。主要设备有瑞士产电脑大提花剑杆织机16台；“国产”毛巾剑杆织机100台及配套的筒染、绳染、联合上浆、滚筒烘干、溢流染色等180台套；拥有满底印花机3台，电脑绣花机5台。可生产提花、印花、割绒、螺旋缎档、绣花多规格、多系列巾被产品，年产值1.20亿元。工艺先进、品种齐全，以其舒适柔软、色泽艳丽、新潮高雅的品质荣膺山东名牌称号，不仅遍布全国各地，而且远销世界三十多个国家和地区，出口产品占90%。

Our company’s factory, established in 1986, is one of the largest manufactures and exporters of towels in mainland china. It has 260staff, including 55high-grade technicians.
Backed by 6 up-to-date weaving, dyeyng, printing, embroidery and garment manufacturing machine lines, including 16 sets of “sulzer” jacquard sword-looms controlled by computers, which imported from Switzerland, 30 sets of dobby swordlooms imported from Taiwan, 100 sets of towel-looms, 180 sets of dyeing and packing machines, 3 sets of pringting machines and 3 sets of embroidery machines.
Our main product lines, covers a wide range of products, such as face towels, hand towels, bath towels, towel blankets, etc. They can be jacquard, printed, velour, spiral, dobby and embroidery. They are widely exported to the ready markets in over thirty countries and areas, such as japan, the usa, European countries, etc.
