Brief Introduction of the Whole Group
Hongdou Group Co., Ltd is an important enterprise in Jiangsu Province. It is located in Wuxi city, which is famous for its beautiful scenery for travel in China.
Occupying an area of 4.8 square kilometers, our group has 10 subsidiaries with 104 son companies and 20000 employees, which runs clothing, motorcycle, tyre and real estate business at present.
In year 2004, the total sales value reached RMB7.8 billion with Imp & Exp value of USD52 million to more than 20 countries and regions such as Europe, U.S.A, Canada, Australia. We have built good cooperation relations with some big buyers such as TESCO from UK, H&M from Sweden, ITOTSU from Japan, SEARS and TARGET from USA and MILES from Germany.
In year 2005, the total sales value reached RMB11,700,000,000 with Imp & Exp value of USD80 million to more than 20 countries and regions such as South-East Asia, Europe, U.S.A, Canada, Australia, and so on.
We try to create RMB 20 billion sales value in 2008.
SUIT
Our company was designated to produce uniform for China National Police Department and “Hongdou” was also designed as “China Famous Brand” by the National Quality Inspection Bureau. It has more than 2000 workers to produce different styles of suit of 2 billion annually. The advanced equipment includes: hanging line from Sweden, CAD and automatic cut bed from France , MACPI iron system from Italy, DURKOPP from Germany and JUKI sewing machine from Japan.
SHIRT
There are 1800 workers to produce more than 12million pieces of shirt annually. Main machines include CAD from France, DURKOPP from Germany and JUKI and BROTHER from Japan.
T-SHIRT
With “Hongdou” brand and more than 800 workers it can produce 8 million pieces T-shirt annually. In the hundreds styles products, some 20 T-shirts got national patents.
LADIES WEAR
It has more than 500 workers to make the annually output of 600 thousand all kinds of beautiful ladies wear.
BRA
It can produce 2 million pieces of bra annually which was sold in more than 100 monopolistic shops all over the country.
JACKET
There are 500 workers can produce 1.5 million jacket annually sell to tens of countries.
CASUAL WEAR
It has tens of designers in the fashion design school which held by ES-MOD from France and created ID-FIX as the brand which is very popular in the young people.
KNIT WEAR
There are 8 big workshops and more than 2000 workers to produce 30 million sets annually. They often develop new products and got many patent. It has a complete production line from spinning, knitting, dyeing, finishing, accessing and delivery.
SWEATER
It has “hongdou” brand and more than 300 workers to produce 800,000 pieces different flat and tuber woolen wear annually.
CHILDREN’S WEAR
With more than 500 workers to produce more than 1 million children’s wear annually.
Besides, we still have the enterprise of blanket, leather products, neck tie, pajamas, and home textile products, etc.
Hongdou Group Co,.Ltd lied besides the beautiful tourist place——Taihu Lake, which is just 1.5 hours by car to the international port——Shanghai.
