ZONGSHEN INDUSTRIAL GROUP CHONGQING ZIP STAR MOTOR TRICYCLE MANUFACTURING CO., LTD was established in 2003.02, our mainly production are TRICYCLE, ATV, GO CART, dirt bike and etc. we are civilian-run professional in produce R&D and sells TRICYCLE, ATV, the parts of vehicle and motorcycle, enveil. We are one of the china tricycle production bases.
The company is in ChongQing economic development zone. Covering 78000㎡, the workshop covering 70000㎡, the workshop build in modern garden style, equipped well and have 300 sets of various equipments. TRICYICLE and ATV throughput are 120,000 per year. The parts of vehicle and motorcycle throughput are 800,000 sets per year. The tricycle’s frame, rear bridge, axle all made by our self. Now there are 325 staffs in the company, in these people there are 60 technical managers that accept junior college or above educate, have strong manufacture R&D and produce ability. The company plenitude regards and encourages our staff’s innovation, all the staffs dedicated to improve our product’s technique level. Our production process and technique are at the same industry with leading edge.
Our company persistent takes attention to technique innovation, and now we have already obtain several national patens. In 2003 pass the ISO9001-2000 quality certification system, and “3C” certification. In 2005 obtain National motorcycle production enterprises qualifications.
Our production spread all over 20-province, city and municipality in china. 100 and more dealers sell our motorcycle to all over the country. And we established 400 Maintenance services points; provide users with strong after-sale support. Our TRICYCLE, ATV etc and the parts of vehicle/motorcycle sells to Southeast Asia, Middle Asia, Middle East, American, South American, Europe and Africa etc nations and zones.
