Rizhao Steel Holding Group Ltd.(hereinafter the Group) is a joint venture set up by Hebei Jing-Hua Innovation Group Co., Ltd. and Hong Kong Fame Risen Development Co., Ltd. It is a steel complex incorporating sintering, iron-making, steel-making and rolling with three subsidiaries: Rizhao Steel Co., Ltd., Rizhao Medium Section Mill Co., Ltd., and Rizhao Sunrise Gas Co., Ltd. The total investment for the whole complex amounts to RMB 5 billion.
The Group has two 60m2、one 75m2 and two 98m2 sintering plants, two 450m3 ，two 530m3 and two 580m3 blast furnaces, three 60 tons and one 120 tons converters, one straight grate-rotary kiln pelletizing plant, A complete H-beam rolling mill imported from Italy with 1 million tons annual capacity, one bar rolling mill with annual capacity of 1 million tons, one 1580mm hot rolling coil mill with 2.5 million tons annual capacity, two high speed wire rod mills with 0.5 million ton annual capacity，one D-bar in coils rolling mill with 0.7 million tons annual capacity, one 6000m3/h、one 15000m3/h and one 22000m3/h air separation units。Up to now, the group has reached annual capacities of 4.2 million tons hot metal , 4.2 million tons steel and 6.2 million tons products。
There are 3620 employees here, who are young , well-educated and energetic. 98% are below 45 years old , and 86% are below 35 years old . And 79% employees have diplomas or above ,they are all with rich experience and skills .
