The enterprise employs a staff of 93 currently, including 18 with an educational background of technical secondary school and above, 3 with senior titles of technical post, and 3 with middle-level titles of technical post, over a land area of 28,000 square meters and with a registered capital of 3.03million RMB, as a private enterprise.
　 The dominant products of the enterprise include Gongnong Model-12 and Gongnong Model-15 hand tractors and internal combustion engines, general assemblies of speed change boxes, rototillers, chargeable electric hammers, air conditioners, and fittings of air conditioners, as well as manufacture of plate work pieces. It now owns 4 assembling streamlines and 2 painting streamlines, as well as 7 sets of pressing equipment and 3 sets of metalworking equipment and 98% of its products has been sold to 8 countries and regions such as Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, India, Burma, and Africa, etc, with its export taking the second place of the entire country’s same industry in terms of the same machine types.
　 Then enterprise has upheld the growth concept of focusing on internal management and external market, pursuing perfection, and contending for top grade, to develop an honest, diligent, innovative, and first-class corporate spirit, so that the enterprise has been taken into the track of rapid growth. It was listed as a key enterprise of the “Five One-Groups” of Lishui City in 2002, awarded as one of the top 20 key enterprises by the county people’s government, a major ratepayer, and an AAA-Level enterprise of corporate credit rating for 2001. Over 5 years, the production and sales income of the enterprise have been tripled. To adapt to the requirement of corporate growth, the factory requisitioned a land of 45mu in Xinbi Industrial Park in October 2001 and invested a 24 million RMB for technical renovation of assembly streamlines for tractor and combustion engines as well as farm management machinery. This project has been listed as one of technical renovations of Lishui city level and a self-raised fund of 20 million RMB for technical renovation has been inputted so far, having shaped a production scale of 50k sets of hand tractor product series and 10k sets of air conditioners.
