The Import & Export Corporation of Liaohe Oilfield (IECLO), a subsidiary solely invested by Liaohe Petroleum Exploration Bureau (hereinafter Liaohe Oilfield), is subordinated to China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC). IECLO has established trade business relationship with more than 30 countries and regions around the world and has set up branch offices in over 10 countries including the United States, Canada, Venezuela, Sudan and Kazakhstan. The annual import & export volume of IECLO is over 100 million US dollars.
