中山市粤粮经贸进出口有限公司原是一家国有全资外贸专业公司，成立于1987年，于2000年根据国家对国有企业体制改革政策改制的外贸专业公司，以进出口业务为主，兼具内贸和投资业务,实行多元化经营的民营企业。
公司位于中山市石岐区悦来南路20号，自有办公楼占地面积7233.6平方米，办公面积2618.64平方米。公司现设有开发部、海外拓展部、基地部、业务一部、业务二部、业务三部、业务六部、业务七部等八个业务部门。与国内外客商合资合作先后成立了中山市大谷电子科技有限公司和中山市迪英泰皮衣有限公司，联营厂家：祥益牛仔服装公司，永兴旺服装公司。公司还在广西成立了子公司——来宾市桂中贸易有限公司；在广西昭平县城北练滩坪投资600亩土地，建设昭平服装生产基地项目；在象州县投资一间占地33000平方米的服装厂。
