Our products are classified into two series: diamond products and hard metal alloys.
Diamond Products:
1. Man-made diamond: diamond is so far the hardest material. Man-made diamond is formed through high temperature and pressure, suitable for machining other hard metal alloys and other hard non-metal materials.
2. Diamond grinding wheels: usually includes resin type, metal type and ceramic type.
Diamond wheel with resin binding agent is suitable for machining hard metal alloys, Si material, glass, ceramics, iron oxide, etc.
Diamond wheel with metal binding agent is suitable for machining ceramics, ceramic-steel, iron oxide, glass, etc.
The shapes of the wheels includes flat type, bowl type, plate type, glass type, one-side sliding type, two-side sliding type, non-core grinding wheel, etc. The outer diameters, inner holes, width, thickness, granularity of diamond can be made according to customer’s requirements.
We can also make bronze-diamond grinding wheel, bakelite diamond wheel, wheel with ceramic binding agent, CNB diamond wheel, etc.
3. Diamond saw:
Suitable for cutting hard metal allys, Si materials, glass, glass reinforced plastics, ceramics, iron oxides, etc.

Hard Metal Alloys
1. Hard metal alloy tools: welding cutters, solid tools/cutters.
2. Hard metal alloy blades: welding blades, mechanical blades, coating blades, special blades, and non-standard blades.
3. Hard metal alloy wearable parts (hard metal alloy moulds): stretching die, press moulds, tip hammer, roll collar, sealing ring, nozzle, tip cone (dia from 80—125mm).
4. Hard metal alloy bars: sticks, pipes, sheets; optimal combination of high quality and technology; various specifications with max diameter of over 100mm.

1、 金刚石是人们目前所知道的最硬的材料，人造金刚石是采用静压触媒法，经高温高压人工合成的，它适宜加工硬质合金及其它硬脆性非金属材料。
2、 金刚石砂轮
金刚石砂轮分为树脂结合剂、金属结合剂和陶瓷结合剂三种工艺制作。
树脂结合剂金刚石砂轮用途：可用于加工：硬质合金、硅材料、玻璃、陶瓷、铁氧体等非金属材料。
金属结合剂金刚石砂轮用途：可用于加工：陶瓷、瓷钢、铁氧体、玻璃等非金属材料。
形状主要有：平型，碗型，碟型，杯型，单斜边，双斜边，无心磨砂轮等，砂轮的具体外径、内孔、环宽、厚度以及金刚石的粒度可以根据不同客户的不同需求定做。

3、金刚石锯片用途：用于切割：硬质合金、硅材料、玻璃、玻璃钢、陶瓷、铁氧体等非金属材料。
