The quantity of the product to be sold under any contract signed with us is two millions (2,000,000) barrels plus or minus five (+/- 5%) on spot which can be extended to 6 months contract based on the performance of the buyer per the seller抯 approval.

We transact on FOB, CIF, TRANS-SHIPMENT Basis. On FOB, your Vessel
will be programmed on N.N.P.C/ SHELL Screen, London to load in N.N.P.C.
Bonny Loading Terminal with a gross discount of USD5, USD3 net to buyer;
on CIF, gross discount of USD3, USD2 net to buyer while on Transshipment,
gross discount of USD7, USD4 net to buyer.
