I have am your customer since last 2 years.
I purchase from your company Creatine Monohydrate and L-Glutamine on regualar basis.

Sine last few months your service has gone down.

None of my emails are replied on time.
I have suffered loss because of that, i lost confirm order to my competitors.

I have to repeat 3 to 5 times 1 email before it is been replied back from your comapany. That is how i loose time of a week to 10 days.

Please I have emphasied many times the urgency of the matter that your delay makes us loose business but no one takes any serious notice.

Recently i requested a shipment, after signing the sales contract and payment of money no one replied my remittance receival confirmation request till 11 days after the payment of advance TT. I faxed and emailed many times but no response from your side. Lastly i called on your phone number then only Maggie Zhang replied from your company.
