We are using a lens holder M161A from Genius in one of our products. The lens holder is mounted with two self tapping screws from underneath, through a PCB and into the fastening holes. The dia of this holes are 1,3mm, and the outer dia of the screw we use now, is 1,6mm. Quite often, this lead to cracking of the plastic around the hole. Do you have a recommendation of a screw that can be used in this application?
