The machine which we require would need to roll out the dough in a round flat shape (it is flat but rises when it is cooked in the oven). Pita Bread is made out of bread dough, it is about 120 grams and it is round in shape. It is 　round and hollow inside so that you can fill it with a variety of fillings for example chicken or meat. We would need a conveyer belt type machine to roll out the bread dough and cook the pita bread.
