We are required to provide culvert movement joints in our current contract with the Hong Kong Government. The requirement is for a product that can have a movement of 360mm vertically and 20mm horizontally, and withstand a water pressure of 8m head.

Currently we are looking at a twin fibre reinforced omega joint type product approximately 650mm wide for the initial seal and a flat 1400mm wide product as the secondary layer. The double seal has to be used within the 2 and 3 cell rectangular box culverts, on the internal faces of the walls, roof slabs and floor slabs. This product is similar in appearance to a car tire in cross section. We are looking for a more flexible and durable product that would still comply with the movement and pressure requirements. Do u have a product that would be suitable?

The quantity is around 230m for both the primary and secondary seals.
