This neck wrap is approximately 12 inches across and 11 inches tall. The fabric used is a forest green fleece. An aromatherapy pouch (pocket) is sewn on the front, and measures 3 inches by 4 inches. A small opening is needed at the top of the neck wrap, which is where we fill the neck wrap
