Total defective ratio : 6.25% max
Extraneous matters : 0.06% max
Nut count : 180 to 200 nuts per kg
Yield value : 50 lbs per 80 kgs bag
Moisture : 10% max.
Crop year : 2005/06 or current.

ORIGIN : Ghana, Gambia, Tanzania, Ivory
Coast, Benin, Nigerian origin.

NUTS SHOULD BE PROPERLY DRIED IN THE SUN AND THEN BAGGED. NUTS SHOULD BE FRESH, NATURAL AND BRIGHT IN COLOUR.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE: 108MTS Min. per month per shipment

PACKING: 80 Kgs net weight in new Jute Bags.

SHIPMENT: Within 20 days from the date of receiving the confirmed order

PORT OF DISCHARGE: Tuticorin Or Haldia Port.

TARGET PRICE: USD650.00 PMT C&F Indian Ports.

INSPECTION: By SGS or any other International Inspection Agency of repute.

PAYMENT : CAD90% balance 10% after inspection at discharge port

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:
A) Free On board shipped bill of lading
B) Certificate Of origin issued by any chamber of commerce in Ghana.
C) Commercial Invoice
D) Packing List
E) Pre-shipment inspection certificate regarding quality,quantity Packing and specification issued by approved international Inspection agencies.
F) Phytosanitary certificate issued by any competent authority
G) Health certificate from Government authority
H) Quality Assurance from the seller.
I) Fumigation certificate.

LICENSE : Seller to be entirely responsible for the necessary export License if required, Inability to obtain the export license does not constitute grounds for Force Majeure.

Supplier should follow 100% of the above request terms and condition.
