These plastic caps / lids will need to fit bottles that are 2.5 fluid oz. The thread size is 15/415. They need to be black and made from polyethylene or polypropylene. They should be flat on the top and can either be flat or rigid around the cap.

We are not looking to purchase a mold. I need a factory that can produce these (or very similar to these) caps with an existing mold. I do need a sample sent before we can confirm a purchase. The initial order will be 40,000; however this will turn into a much bigger.
