SMS technology Australia pty ltd are looking to manufacture 500,000 GSM/GPRS tracking devices.

The tracking devices have to be encased in a titanium, stainless steel bracelet or ankle chain and include the longest lasting battery you can find, it has to have an inbuilt SIM card reader with a SIM card inside, and an rfid chip
The bracelet has to have a lock on it that will not open by any other method other than calling the simcard inside the bracelet which only then by receiving that call the lock deactivates and opens. It also must have a *panic* button, where when the user depresses a soft key, it will immediately trigger the phone to call a specified number ie 911.


We are loking for potential suppliers to produce 10 working samples within 30 days for proof of concept trials. All samples will be fully paid for and all business conducted under mou's and nda's.

We will be looking to purchase 500,000 units for a project commencing june 2006.

Please note that his is a strict timetable contract.
