SME was formed to bring technologies that may give to the region a new look, a jump to the first world. With a rate growth of about 6% (higher than United States) Chile is prepared for the new challenges of the 21st century. Due to low corruption, excellent education and open trade law, Chile has signed Free Trade Agreements (FTA) with many countries.
