Our customer in Ghana are looking for import of edible refined vegetable cooking oil in 10 x 40ft HC Containers.
The payment terms is by an irrevocable and confirmed L/C at sight, which is opened by the 1st class international bank in Europe.
We however suggest that courier fee/freight for the first sample should be allowed to be paid at DHL Courier Office in Ghana,as they have been paying some in Ghana all the Time. What they will do is they shall write an official letter to your supplier attesting that they are ready and committed to pay for the courier fee in Ghana and you will show that at the DHL Office in your ( supplier's) place. The DHL Office in your (supplier's ) place shall call the DHL Office in Ghana to find out and if confirmed,they will send the sample to us for the collection in Ghana. .Product Sample from each product line will be required for the registration of the product brand name with the Ghana Food and Drugs Board Authority to obtain import permit to allow clearance of the goods when arrive at the Tema Port,Ghana. The registration fee shall be paid by us.

If all things beaig equal,we shall arrange to buy more of your vegetable oil,as they have more orders than the 10x40ft containers.
