Need quotes for poker chips with print (either directly on the poker chip or on a sticker)

Different print/sticker on each side of chip. Design of actual plastic chip should be similar to image attached, will consider others.

Need quotes for delivery to 2 UK cities - Morecambe and London. Please provide me with door to door quotes for both air freight and by sea.
