I am looking for a supplier of ceramic heating elements.

In particular I need the heating element that fits the 110 volt adjustable heat Hakko 850 Hot Air Rework Station. I believe it is 250 watts.

Please see attached photo. The element is approximately 8cm long (3 inches) with two wires coming out of the back end.
