Please can you give me a quote for a pack of 3 simple hair bands, and also advise me whether it would be cheaper to put it in a polybag with 4-colour headercard or wrap the hair bands around a small 4-colour blistercard? The hair bands need to be good quality but very cheap - my target price is USD 0.08 FOB for the pack?
