We have an enquiry for an electric pizza maker machine.
This will be a medium volume job but typically full container
loads. Specification includes:
- base unit with hinged lid
- electric heating elements (UK/EU standards). Heat up time
to 280 degrees C - in around 5 minutes
- adjustable thermostatic temperature control
- interchangeable stone cooking base - 30cm diameter or
nearest set inside deep dish cooking pan
- vented lid rim allows moisture escape
- heating elements to produce a dry heat evenly spread
across cooking stone
- accessories for this machine may include pizza cutter and
omelette making ring
