Delivery Form: Coils, solid rolled and good frapped with ID 150 +/- 2 mm and
OD 400+/- 2 mm. No joints are allowed.

Chemical Properties:
Carbon : 0.04 - 0.06 %
Silicon: max 0.1%
Manganese: 0.20% - 0.25% Max
Aluminum: 0.055% - 0.060% Max
Phosphorus: max 0.009%
Sulphur: 0.008% - 0.015% Max

Structure:
Slag pured with good weldability. Ferrite particle size according to SIS 11
11 01 min JKM3 or ASTM 9.5

Physical Properties:
Tensile Strength - 300 max(N/mm2)
Elongation: 24.0% Min
Yield Point: 250 Max (N/mm2)
Grain No.(Avg.ASTN) : 9.5 Max
Micro Structure: Partial Crystallization of finite structure
Hardness: 85 VPN Max
State: Annealed, cold rolled
Surface Condition: Bright normal surface and cut edges with out burs
