1) this requirement is from guinea gov. But payment shall be made from spain, one of my customers.
2) guinea gov. Request sample shipment of 25,000 mt in advance but each half of 12,500 mt to two separate ports in guinea. If the quality, delivery and overall service is ok, main order of 300,000 mt shall be released.
The 1st order for 2007 program of 1,000,000 mt.

If you are in a position to handle the above sample shipment, loi shall be in your hands within next 24 hrs.

For ur reference, just last two weeks we have managed over 6.0 mil mt of cement plus sugar, and i would like you to provide more details of ur system and what is the max qty you are handling now a year of direct supply from the factory.
