For a special project of an OE client of us we need the following:
* wheel hub
* half shaft (solid, 740mm. long, and 29mm.diameter)
* differential end (the part where you screw the inner cv joint and
that is inserted into the differential)

All of these are for a special allroad vehicle in development, so they
have to withstand extreme working conditions: therefore they are of
considerable size and constructed in the best steel allows (cromolly 4130,
6150 cromo vanadium, etc.).

I've attached the corresponding diagrams for you to analize if you can
manufacture these items; if so, please inform price, MOQ, delivery
time, and the best steel allows that you can manufacture in.

Additionally please inform quality certifications (ISO TS16949, etc.)
you have, and the trade fairs/shows you have recently attended (AAPEX,
Automechanika, etc.)

Of course we will send you the physical samples for final production.
