We are looking to establish a long-term relationship with a few, well established plastics manufacturer of 揻ood grade plastics?that has the capability, and interest to work with us to develop several items including several different cup lids, entr閑, side dish and soup containers, etc. Our customers are large hospitals, high volume meal manufacturers for school systems, etc. We have simply out grown our current supplier抯 capacity. Also, we are presently in serious discussions with 3 potential customers which each have hundreds of locations.
Some of our items must be microwavable, some must be able to withstand 攈igh heat?over 300 F), either they are heated from the metal pod that they sit on for about 35 to 40 minutes, are heated via convection (hot air blown over/ on the plate for 40 to 40 minutes and some must be able to withstand both convection and conduction. Although we will eventually be handing reusable products, all that I am describing now are disposable. Cost, consistency and the ability to meet deadlines are most important.
I also need to get a quote on ASAP on 3 microwavable, black plastic entr閑 containers that one of my clients in NY needs, they are a high vol/ low cost producer of meals for the airline and schools industry. I have samples to provide.
