Please quote on 5000 square metres of vinyl water-tank liner.

Polyester cloth reinforced vinyl PVC weight 1000 grams per square metre.

Tensile strength 5000 N/5cm. Test standard DIN 53354

Non-Toxic vinyl formulation DIN EN ISO 2286-2 or similar standard.

Colour to be light brown or light grey or similar light colour.

Seam welded total overlap of 40 mm

Seams to be made with a short welding time. No melted vinyl is allowed to break through the surface to make any tiny holes in the seam during welding.

A sample of the seam is required for us to pressure test.

Stabilized against plasticiser migration UV.

Waterproof to 1 bar pressure without leaking.

Seams must be constructed to prevent wicking and tunnelling of water under pressure.

Cylinder shape open top with 100 mm sleeve at top of wall

sizes range from 1.7 diameter and 2.0 metres high to 5.6 metres diameter and 2.3 high

I can order up to 5000 square metres per shipment in the above range of sizes.
