1) Loading should be done automatically from down side. Fixing the bobbins should be pneumatic.
2) The machine should have the ability of automatic lifting. In addition all of bobbins should be loaded automatically at the same time.
3) Take-off and pay-off should be from 2000mm to 3250mm.
4) Take-off and pay off should be portal.
5) Having a head-sector for every cage.
6) The ability of loading for 54 bobbins. We must mention that, this machine should have 61 bobbin in order of 6-12-18-24.
7) Bobbins after loading should be fixed in order of 12-18-24 in cages.
8) All the cages should have the compacting ability.
9) Having the ability of automatic tension.
10) Ability of automatic shut down and alarming if the any of strings has been cut.
11) Having two taper at the end of the line.
12) Having thread double caterpillar.
13) Cages should have the individual propulsion without long shaft. But if it has the long shaft the cages should have the individual clutch system.
14) All the electro motors should be DC.
15) Electromotor should have brake in pay-off type.
16) Brands of DC drivers should be siemens or ABB.
17) Cable passage should be larger than 120 mm.
18) Alarming when a bobbin finish its wires.
