I am looking to buy quality fabric dog collars in bulk for a rescue organization in Los Angeles California. I have purchased some at Target stores for $1.00 USD retail. I need to buy several hundred collars and possibly leads as well if the price is right. GRCGLA re-homes and rehabilitates approximately 500 Golden Retrievers each year. Some are dogs turned in by their owners and some are dogs found in shelters. Each deserves a new collar when they go home with their new family.
