We are looking for a company to build 2 compression molds to make natural rubber spongeballs. To start with, we will make two moulds, one for a 28mm diameter ball and the other for a 25mm ball both will have a density of 250 Kg/m3.

The mold will be used in a 30 ton Wabash press with 15" X 15" heated platens, 6-12 daylight.

We will need as many cavities that can be cut into the two separate moulds for the above size platen.

Please quote price and we will also need drawings for the above. These moulds will produce several million balls.

Eventually we will need 49 additional moulds in sizes from 17mm thru 40mm in 1mm increments.
