1. Approximate size machine 1 is 13' x 7' travel distance
2. Approximate size machine 2 is 8' x 4' travel distance
3. Machine one gantry is 13' travel distance
4. Machine two gantry is 8' travel distance
5. Mechanics only - no electronics, controls, motors required
6. Quote with and without tank
7. Rack-n-pinion is required on all axes
8. Rack-n-pinion on each side and on gantry (3 total)
9. Speed is 300 inches per minute
10. Accuracy required is 0.008" over whole machine
11. Accuracy over 1 square foot is 0.005"
