It is required to built a filament winding machine as described as below:

1) To design a simple and straight forward machine which does not have computer control and composites design software link

2) Diameter up to 1200 mm and length up to max. 6m

3) It needs mortar adding unit on the machine for pipe structure

4) The material in design drawing could be either imperial or metric

6) Pipes application for: POTABLE WATER, WASTE WATER, SEWAGE WATER, SEA WATER AND CRUDE OIL.

7) Diameters (ID) considered to have most are: 200, 300, 400, 600, 800, 1000 AND 1200 mm

8) Extractor need to be designed as well.

9) Document for processing and producing pipe

B- Drawings for Extractor

C- Document for producing the pipe (Processing)
