We are looking for a laser cutting device to reduce our production time to calibrate our shell pieces.

Attached a production schedule :

1. The raw shell

2. The first cut, which we cut with bench grinders and german blades

3. The final sizing or calibrating, which we cut with bench grinders (german blades) and guiders.

4. The finished panel, or tile, on which the shell pieces are glued with epoxy.The thickness of the shell pieces is 2mm, and it is composed of calcium and aragonite.

We have to cut within 14 days, 700 000 of those pieces, and this is impossible in such a short period, with our actual bench grinders.
