1.73 mm, driven by electrical motor/ Qty:12 per each system/poiler total 24, for short stroke rotary multijet sootblowers of strlke (300mm).

electrical accesories

motor specification

the electrical motors shal be weather proof IP55

winding insulation class to be class F material.

the motor must be induction type,squirrel cage, 3 phasees, 400 v,50 hz




electrical conyrol panel specification

no required: one set for each system

all electrical squential operation shall be controlled by PLC

power and control panels shall be IP55

separate breakers as well as contractors and overloads for each of the following to be provided:steam and drain valves.motors and controling

ammeters and voltmeter to be provided for main circuit breaker

the voltmeter to be connected as the input side of the breaker

electrical interlock between advanced and return contractors.




motor starter board specification:

all circuit shall be molded case 3 pole, 400 v, with suitable trip rating for service,the interrupting capacity of circuit breakers must be adequate for the available short circuit current not less than 40 ka r.m.s , circuit breakers shall have thermal/magmatic trip feature of adjustable range.

all motors starters shal be 3 poles,400 v ,AC3 eith thermal overload relay of suitable range, coil voltage to be 230 v ,50 hz,signal phase.




spare parts: spare parts list shall be provided with parts numbers cross referenced to relevant drawing
