A ratchet that will rotate a solar concentrator in increments of 1 degree. The ratchet is to have 15 teeth per 15 degrees of circular arc or one tooth for each degree. Its action is to be powered either by a small solenoid or by a small motor with a gear system that is to be turned on and off with a timer each 4 minutes (4 minutes = 1 degree of Earth's rotation).
