We are seeking a source of expanded metal foil, both Stainless steel & Titanium. The metal thickness should range from .005 to .020 maximum thickness, because we need to form them into small tubes on the order of 1.00 diameter and 2.00 long. This will be done by spot-welding, which we can do here.

The diamond pattern would be on the order of Size 20, which measures about .25 for the length of the open shape. We can use smaller or larger openings if available.

We now are in the prototype stage and only need a few square feet of each material to conduct pre-production testing. However, there is a potntial for substantial production.
