Hello,

I need to comply with a client’s order of 100 MT/month of maltodextrine 20 DE, possibly go to 160mt/month after few months.

The first order will be placed and after 3 months period of evaluation and commercial work, we will start with the regular imports of 100-150mt/month every month.

The conditions are these:

1.- supplier with the best price and fulfillment of the specs, have to sign a contract of overprice/ commission with my company, meaning that the overprice will be returned to my company as full commission without any discount, taxes, etc, example: if your price is usd 380/mt and we fix the price with the client at usd 420/mt, a full payment of usd40/mt have to be sent to our bank in Bolivia and/or Bank of China accounts

Also a contract of exclusivity to our company has to be signed, so the supplier will have a secure sale and consumption.

2.- supplier must send one bag of 25kg sealed by courier (Tnt, DHL, UPS) bearing all costs (CIP Cochabamba Bolivia) and wait for our and our client’s lab approval and industrial trials

3.- supplier must guarantee to fulfill the specs (attached) all time, if one order doesn’t comply, supplier have to replace bearing all costs.

Please confirm your interest and send specifications, price proposal, delivery proposal (CFR arica Chile and FOB China) and as many details as possible. And confirm acceptation of the above conditions.
