Specification aluminum photo frame
The front
The front most be made of plastic, this plastic must be of god quality and look good after ten years on a wall. I also want antireflection coating on one side.
The frame
A stable and strong frame made in aluminum.
@ The front width is 7 mm.
@ The height is 14 mm.
The back
MDF board or similar.
The springs
We accept standard spring, but we prefer a stronger spring then is commonly used for photo frames.
A4: One spring on each side.
A3: Two springs on each side.
Frame hooks
A4: One hook on one of the short sides, two hooks on one of the long sides 24 cm between the hooks.
A3: Two hooks on one of the short sides, two hooks on one of the long sides 24 cm between the hooks.
Sizes
Then we define a size we mean the size of the printed paper that will be placed inside the frame. To prevent the paper from wrinkle we want the inner measurements to be 1 mm extra that means the following sizes:
A4: 298 mm * 211 mm
A3: 421 mm * 298 mm
